About Mr. O’Toole

Christopher O’Toole has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997. He is committed to protecting your rights and standing up against the powerful prosecutor’s office. He believes that is what you deserve!

Our office does not tolerate the petty abuse of authority by police or the prosecutor’s office. Mr. O’Toole has more than 15 years experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney.

Mr. O’Toole understands how to build a defense to any criminal case. He focuses his criminal defense efforts in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. He has built a record for success on hard work and aggressive representation. We get results for our clients.

His proudest moment was when he obtained a $3 million Dollar judgement after a jury trial for a client who was wrongfully arrested. Mr. O’Toole won the criminal case of Armed Burglary, then went after the police and the victim for pursuing the case. The jury agreed and the police apologized (in writing) for their misconduct.

Mr. O’Toole has the insight and knowledge of how the prosecutor’s office works. He has been in the trenches and prosecuted the tough cases and was extremely successful as prosecutors.

On the defense side, he has been able to use this experience as a prosecutor to the advantage of our clients with great success. His track record speaks for itself. He gets borderline cases dismissed. He wins tough cases at trial. He wins the unwinnable cases.
